The Full Story
The Warehouse
GTGym was born in a warehouse office.
Joe Goodwin — owner of GTG Trucking & Warehouse — was grinding non-stop. Long hours, high stress, bad food, no sleep. Overworked. Overweight. Unhealthy. But like most hardworking men, he just kept pushing... until he couldn’t anymore.
Then something unexpected happened.

The Champ
UFC Champion Ricco Rodriguez started training Joe’s daughter, Brianna. One day Brianna brought Ricco to the warehouse to speak to her father about training and Joe jumped in.
Not to fight — just to move. Punch some mitts. Break a sweat. It started slow. But that small spark of effort? It caught fire.
Boxing. Muay Thai. BJJ. Strength. Recovery.
What began as fitness turned into a mission. Joe was transforming.

The Vision
He carved out a corner of his warehouse office for training — just enough space to roll, hit pads, and clear his head. It grew piece by piece. A mat here. A bag there. Then racks. Cages. Saunas. Ice baths. Recovery tools. He built his own performance lab inside his business.
He started working with top doctors, nutritionists, and specialists. He changed his life — inside and out. The weight dropped. The fire came back. Joe traveled the country competing in elite BJJ tournaments, linking up with fighters, coaches, and performance experts along the way.
And now?
