Boxing

Boxing is a striking-based combat sport where two athletes compete using punches, footwork, and defensive techniques. Fought within a ring and governed by rules and timed rounds, boxing emphasizes speed, power, timing, and strategy. It helps build cardiovascular endurance, hand-eye coordination, and discipline. Known as "the sweet science," boxing is both a competitive sport and an effective method for self-defense and fitness.
