Mixed Martial Arts
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that combines techniques from various martial arts disciplines, including Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai, and kickboxing. Fighters use both striking and grappling, standing and on the ground, making it one of the most complete and versatile combat systems in the world. MMA emphasizes athleticism, strategy, and mental toughness, and is practiced for competition, self-defense, and overall fitness.
